How does our sun make light?

How does our sun make light?

Do you know how our sun makes light?

Particles that would normally repel from one another collide into each other so intensely that they fuse.

Since it takes less energy for these particles to exist in a fused state than when they are alone, they get to release excess energy.

This excess energy is seen as a shower of sunlight onto our planet!

What’s that you say?

Repelling forces come together and a whole solar system is fed life-giving light? Sign me up!

We’ve got enough repulsion going on in this world that we’re breaking each other all over the place, slamming into one another like a madman in a pottery shop.

What if this too is part of the story book of life? The drama that’s been playing out for eons, all represented in a golden bowl from 15th century Japan.

We break. We fuse. We light up the world.

In this sun example, we emerge from the violent, colliding underworld with the ability to provide life-giving light.

Anyone else had enough of the breaking, tho?

I know. That sh*t can get exhausting. My suggestion:
Ride the waves of life with presence power. Don't get sucked into the drama, resisting that and craving this. Remain the ever vigilant watcher of life's surf. Once you know yourself as the presence of awareness, you can adventure even further...  You can slide off your surfboard and dive deep into the wave, exploring the depths with frolicking abandon, knowing that what you are (the presence of awareness) can never truly be broken by the waves. In fact, when you meet the breaking waves of life with presence power, the wave can't crush you because you...you realize you're the ocean.

Similarly, when particles in the sun fuse, they are relieved of the crushing repulsion game. Presence power is our ticket to fusion. It's a safe haven we can take solace in.
