Corporate Wellness
Through neuroscience-informed mindfulness tools and hands-on experience, our company's founder works with your team, bringing them on a 3 Hour Journey into the heart of resilience. 'Kintsugi' shows us the way...
What's Kintsugi? Since the 15th century, instead of discarding pottery that breaks, the Japanese have been joining the pieces with gold. Kintsugi (金継ぎ pronounced keen-soo-gee) literally translates to "Golden Joinery." An elegant metaphor for resilience.

Our definition of resilient
- Unbreakable.
Each participant graduates from our Corporate Resilience Experience with a "diploma" in the form of their personally-crafted Kintsugi Bowl. The graduate is invited to continue using their new bowl after the training by placing it on their work desk or table at home, using it to practice the mindful awareness tools, emotional regulation, and team-collaboration games they will learn during our interactive time together.
Based on ancient global practices and suited for today's modern leaders, our training is accessible to all teams ready to tackle personal, interpersonal and company-wide complexities with efficiency and ease.

LIFEHONEY’s
Corporate Wellness Program
Participants are led to ceremonially break an actual piece of pottery, and then glue the pieces together with gold. Through each step, they are faced with a new challenge leading them to discover:
- They have the power to choose how to respond.
- Their creative, problem-solving genius exists beyond their often-destructive behavioral drivers.
- Emotional regulation is in their control.
- Working together helps release feel-good chemicals.
- Any tendency to catastrophize in moments of uncertainty keeps them from productivity, growth & enjoyment.
- Functioning from the flow feels good, is efficient, improves sleep, and is always within their reach.
- Accepting uncertainty and practicing curiosity with laughter wins every time.

FEATURED IN
“One thing we know for sure: life is not always going to feel perfect. There may be a bit of anxiety here and a bit of anxiety there. Technical errors may happen and you’ll have to show up to work without a good night’s sleep sometimes. With a strong mindset, those moments can be opportunities to make art instead of opportunities to despair. However, it asks you to do something most of us were never trained to do: Stop. Bring loving awareness to the discomfort, recognize it as a passing wave in the ocean of who you are, and continue onwards with ease. The Result: A Kintsugi Life.”
