Corporate Wellness

Through neuroscience-informed mindfulness tools and hands-on experience, our company's founder works with your team, bringing them on a 90-minute to 4 Hour Journey into the heart of resilience. 'Kintsugi' shows us the way...

What's Kintsugi? Since the 15th century, instead of discarding pottery that breaks, the Japanese have been joining the pieces with gold. Kintsugi (金継ぎ pronounced keen-soo-gee) literally translates to "Golden Joinery." An elegant metaphor for resilience.

Our definition of resilience
- The ability to bounce back better.
Each participant graduates from our Signature Resilience Training with a "diploma" in the form of their personally-crafted Kintsugi Bowl. The graduate is invited to continue using their new bowl after the training by placing it on their work desk or table at home, using it to practice the mindful awareness tools, emotional regulation, and team-collaboration games they will learn during our interactive time together.

Based on ancient global practices and suited for today's modern world, our training is accessible to all teams ready for a fresh start and renewed wellbeing.

FEATURED IN

“One thing we know for sure: life is not always going to feel perfect. There will be a bit of anxiety here and a bit of anxiety there. Technical errors will happen and you’ll have to show up to work without a good night’s sleep sometimes. With a strong mindfulness practice, those moments can be opportunities to make art instead of opportunities to despair. However, it asks you to do something most of us were never trained to do: Stop. Go right into the discomfort, listen to what it has to say, bring loving awareness to it, and begin again. The Result: A Kintsugi Life.”
