Corporate Wellness Program
How does your team respond
to unexpected personal, interpersonal
and professional challenges at work?
Through presentation and hands on experience,
our facilitators work with your team,
bringing them on a custom designed 2-hour to 2-day journey
into the heart of Japanese Kintsugi.
Your people will complete our training with a set of
new mindfulness tools to help deal with difficult situations at work.
We call this program, “Resilience Training.”

Definition of resilience
- the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress
- an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change
Each participant graduates from our training with a "diploma" in the form of their personally-crafted Kintsugi Bowl. They are invited to continue using their new bowl after the training by placing it on their work desk or table at home, using it to practice the mindful awareness tools, emotional regulation, and teamwork skills they will learn during our interactive time together.

“One thing we know for sure: life is not always going to feel perfect. There will be a bit of anxiety here and a bit of anxiety there. Technical errors will happen and you’ll have to show up to work without a good night’s sleep sometimes. With a strong mindfulness practice, those moments can be opportunities to make art instead of opportunities to despair. However, it asks you to do something most of us were never trained to do: Stop. Go right into the discomfort, listen to what it has to say, bring loving awareness to it, and begin again. The Result: A Kintsugi Life.”

Praise For LIFEHONEY’s
Corporate Wellness Program
“The lessons from LIFEHONEY made a world of difference in the daily flow of my company. There is a feeling that we are all working on something together because we are all effectively listening to each other and have a new appreciation for what everyone brings to the table. There’s a positive attitude about where we are going as a company. We are no longer wasting energy on pointing fingers or trudging through the muck of negativity. We still have problems, but we have built a resilient new foundation from which the problems are easier to weather. LIFEHONEY's Kintsugi Process is a beautiful metaphor for the whole being greater than the sum of its parts and how what was broken can become better than it ever was. The bowl I made sits on my desk as a reminder of the new path we are on.”
